CAnMove starts Gordon Conference in 2017

After rigorous application procedures and months of deliberations, it is now official that CAnMove has been chosen to start a new Gordon Conference!

The topic will be “Movement Ecology of Animals”, and the conference-series in this particular topic will start in 2017. Professor Anders Hedenström will chair the first year of the new Gordon Conference in movement ecology, and says that this will be a great forum to discuss on-going research in an informal way.

Gordon Research Conferences are a group of prestigious international scientific conferences that have been held since 1931. They are organized by a non-profit oganization of the same name. Conference topics cover frontier research in biological, physical and chemical sciences and related technologies. Currently 200 different conference topics run every second year, attracting researchers and experts from all over the world.
