Ebook Editor´s Tea

Tuesday the 8th of December, we had Editor´s Tea - a meeting to inform the contributors about the work with the electronic and interactive CAnMove book - the Ebook.

Most of the text and photo material is now gathered, and we have layout and illustration work left to complete it. The Ebook will be launched in December 2016, letting us surf the Lund university 350-year jubilee wave. We might be able to then do something special to draw attention to the Ebook, perhaps an exhibition. Having an additional field season is also beneficial fro Aron Hejdström to take the photos he lacks.

During the Editor´s Tea, Aron Hejdström presented an additional interactive element we plan to make for each chapter. Aron showed the principles of the element; an interactive illustration that allows future users to understand more deeply the technical tools we use in CAnMove to understand biology.

We are thanking the Ebook contributors very much for excellent work with writing texts, interviews, exercise building and so forth!

Merry Christmas from the Ebook working group
Susanne, Aron and Caroline!
