The aim of the project is to conduct a comprehensive comparison between different radar systems used to measure the birds and insect movements in the atmosphere , to examine how a modern weather radar system can be used to study insects and birds, and to understand how Kullabergs topography and habitat affects birds and insect movements in the area. The leading research groups in radar biology in Europe (England, Switzerland and Italy) will participate.
