Sylve Tesson receives stipend

Former CAnMove postdoc Sylvie Tesson recently received a stipend from Anna-Greta and Holger Crafoord’s fund at the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences - directly from the hands of the king.

The money, 100 000 Swedish kronor, will be used for her project ”Identification of ice nucleation active molecules in airborne microalgae for biotechnical and global climate model applications” focusing on the disperal and precipitation of microalgea.

The ceremony was held in Stockholm in connection with the award of the 2018 Crafoord Prize in Geosciences.
