Natalie Isaksson

My master’s thesis project at Lund was about terrestrial foraging of lesser black-backed gulls on Gotland. I’m still involved in projects that focus on seabird resource and habitat partitioning with the aid of GPS logger deployment on the birds. I was born and grew up in Vienna and did my bachelor’s degree in biology in Boston. In my free time I practice aikido (a Japanese martial art) and enjoy listening to music, of which my favorite band is Iron Maiden.

Right now I am a project assistant in the CAnMove program, helping to compile data for a large-scale database that aims to consolidate animal movement data gathered as part of the program.
